How to make web analytics dashboard public?
Wide Angle Analytics allows making a selected site in your organization public. When the site is made public, everyone with the link will be able to see all the dashboards of that site.
Public access does not allow creating new custom actions and only existing, public custom action filters will be available in the Actions Dashboard.
You can see an example of a public dashboard by visiting our public demo.
Why make the site public in the first place?
Sharing website statistics is a common practice among Open Start-Ups. You can read more about our commitment to support Open Start-Ups here.
Why can I see a difference in metric between public and internal reports?
Public dashboards are cached for a short period of time. We do this to avoid putting strain on our services, as these reports can be accessed by anyone on the Internet.
When comparing public and internal reports in a very short distance of time, you might observe small differences due to caching.
How to make site public?
The public site is not configurable by the end user. Please contact our support either via in-app chat or via email, and we will happily assist you in this matter.
For the purpose of security, to avoid exposing potentially sensitive information, our colleagues from support will ask you for your personal PIN you can find on the support page.
